Unlocking my replacement phone

Yes I still need assistance with getting my device unlocked and yes, it was purchased from another source. It’s paid off  though.

Then I had issues out of it and then they sent me a replacement phone that’s locked. However the phone I had was fully unlocked. So my replacement phone should be unlocked as well, right?

user_n3rfh8 Thank you for the claification! You should be able to reach out to the source you purchased it from, and request the phone be unlocked. It's hard to say if another vendor has a different process for unlocking phones besides if it's paid off. Please let us know if there are any other questions we can answer for you.
