Unlocking my phone

Hey Xfinity I need some help to unlock my phone too. I call the customer service they were speechless and of no help. I went in store located in Lakewood Tacoma they did same it was so annoying. I have PCS order I will appreciate any help to get the device unlocked. My PCS orders is ready to submitted.
