Unlocking device

I have been waiting for 1 week for a device to be unlocked. It was paid off 3 months ago when I paid it off I was assured it would be unlocked and it never did. This is the last device I will be buying from this company once my contract is up I will be looking for a new mobile service and cable and internet! Complete garbage company honestly no perks for being a long term customer no upgrade specials it's just sad. Pure entitlement as a company!
