Unlock

Xfinity assistant has me going around in circles with no answer. I want to unlock my paid off iPhone. Also I am  switching to Xfinity Now internet and want to be sure my current by the gig mobile plan follows. Before switching I was assured it would at no cost but to let mobile know about the switch. Thanks for any help
