Unlock

We switched to ATt , all devices paid off and no contract with Xfinity . Requested my sim unlocked . Well My 14 pro is not unlocked , we have been in this process for over a week now with no phone to use. This device has been paid off and is under no contract. You are now holding my phone hostage and I am beyond displeased . It’s been several tickets back and forth waiting 24 hours several Times and being assured it will be unlocked .Phone calls , store visits , chats .  Receiving these emails saying it is when in fact it’s not . I need this taken care of NOW! I have , I have sick parents and I need access to my device and my mobile phone. This is ridiculous!

Experiencing the same issue and no matter who I talk to no one is able to unlock my phone. Each person or bot will tell you to wait or call/text them again to restate your complaint over and over again. This is ridiculous when you don’t have cell service, because they won’t unlock your phone!  As clients, we need to band together to file a class action law suit and make Xfinity pay us back for their neglect and widespread suffering they’ve caused all of us.
