Unlock sim for other carrier
I have a sim for another provider that I need to unlock. My Xfinity phone is paid off for 4 months and my account is paid in full. How can I access access the pin or code to unlock the phone so I can activate my other SIM

Hi. I need to unlock my sim for another carrier. I live overseas and need access to my overseas carrier whilst here and my Xfinity account while in the States. My phone indicates that the spare sim slot is locked but I have had the phone paid off for over 4 months. Who may I call to resolve this issue?

Thanks for reaching out to us to access the transfer pin code that has to be done from the Xfinity app. If that's not an option for you, you would have to go to a local Xfinity store so they could verify your identity
