Unlock phone
called and talked to 4 different agents to unlock my iPhone 13. No one can help me. They it's unlocked but the settings say SIM card locked. New sims don't work but work on other phones. All they can say is restart phone or settings. The last 2 people of the 4 after going through the same process over for the 3rd and 4th time. These agents resorted in just hanging up on my face. 2 times in a roll 2 agents in the roll. Like WTF. I literally can't believe this. I will be canceling my service.

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or https://comca.st/3EqVMu7
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there
- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list
- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it
