- Phone must have been activated for at least 60-days - Phone must be paid in full - Xfinity Mobile Account cannot have a past-due balance - Phone cannot be reported lost, stolen, or involved in fraudulent activity.
Also, only the account holder, Primary user, or Manager on the Xfinity Mobile Account can request the unlock.
