Unlock iPhones and pay off devices
iPhones are not unlocked but account is closed and customer care or xfinity store or chat agent are unable to help. The think all is settled. But I see sim lock in iPhone.
need help as I have to trade in my phones

This link shows how to unlock your phones, https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/eligible-to-unlock-phone, Past the Xfinity Mobile requirements you also have to go to Apple Support to finish the unlock process for iPhones.
