Unauthorized port out fraud
xfinity allowed someone to fraudulently port out my phone number . This person now has control of my phone number, my bank accounts and my email because they were able to authenticate with my phone number. Have spent 10+ hours on the phone being bounced around to every Xfinity department. And have spent 3+ hours in person. No help. They are currently trying to contact the hacker who stole the number to get permission to give it back. Insanity. Can anyone help?

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.
As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
A "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
