Unable to Pay Final Bill for Months – Requesting Escalation
For months I have been trying to pay my final bill, but it does not show online. I have been sent in circles between online chat, the store, and multiple agents, all giving the same scripted responses with no resolution.
This is a backend system issue preventing me from paying and closing my account. I also expect a substantial credit for the months of wasted time.
I am requesting immediate escalation to the corporate team to generate my final bill so I can pay it.
