unable to get xfinity to release my number to a different provider
I changed providers but my security codes will not go through because xfinity will not release my number or what ever has to be done. [Edited: "Personal Information"]

Good afternoon user_jni5ih. I would be more than happy to assist you with this. I do have a couple questions to help me better understand. Are you referring to a mobile phone number, or a landline number? If it is a mobile phone, is your device fully paid off? Also, if it is a mobile number, you may need to turn off Number Lock.
