Unable to find order
Hello,
I recently placed an order to upgrade my phone to the new iPhone 17 Pro Max and have verified my identity but I never received any confirmation or confirmation email and I can no longer find my order under Billing. I do have the order number but my number was never charged. Any help would be appreciated.
