"TRYING" to pair an apple watch

It has now been 6 days since I have transferred carrier to Xfinity.  I have spent 11 hours on the phone with tech support because my apple watch 11 will not connect to the cellular service.  I am told by one tech after having spoken to a Tier 3 tech that it will take 15 min, by another 1 day, and by another 7 days to clear "ghost number" and for my watches phone number to show up in billing.  An AI search tells me that this is a known issue, which an Xfinity agent confirmed.

So, why would anyone transfer there carrier to xfinity? They know there is an issue, but aggravating a customer seems to be acceptable.  No money savings is worth this aggravation.

Good morning, @user_ucjtbz . Thank you for sharing your experience, and I’m sorry to hear about the trouble you've had getting your Apple Watch activated. I can certainly understand how frustrating it must be after spending so much time working with support. Since it's been a few days since you last posted, were you able to get your watch connected, or are you still experiencing issues?
