trying to activate a replacement phone

I go through the activation process, and it says I don't have a validated contact for the account.  I'm validated.  I don't want to drive into town just to activate my phone.

tomhall15 when you have a chance please send us a direct message. So, we can help with your Mobile account. You can use the Direct Messaging icon at the top of the page to send your name and service address to "Xfinity Support." It's next to the bell icon on the right side of the page.
