Trouble Getting Paid Device Unlocked

My device is paid in full and I am still having trouble getting my phone unlocked. I have been without phone service going on 2 days now, had several chats and called and put on hold for 40 minutes with no luck. I received a message that my ticket had been cleared....nope, phone still locked. I did file an FCC complaint yesterday.
