Trasfering mobile service from Cox mobile to Xfinity mobile
I had my phone # ported to my iphone 11 ready to be activated. On a visit to Xfinity office at 2174 Henderson Mill RD NE #12 D Atlanta GA 30345 to have my cell service started, Devon F told me Xfinity Mobile service is no good and I should switch it back to Cox Mobile. I refused. He told me that the tech support ticket was issued and he will call me the next morning which is last Monday. I placed several phone calls to him on Monday and at the end of the day, he called back and told me he will call me back on Tuesday morning. I called him again to let him know he didn't called. He asked me to come in on Wednesday on his day off. Someone else helped me but couldn't start service after an hour. I started wondering whether Xfinity service is monkey business. Please help.

Hey there user_htdmvb. I do want to thank you for looking to switch over to Xfinity Mobile! I have had out service for over 8 years, and would recommend it even if I didn't work here. I can assure you this is not the experience we want you to have, and I would be happy to assist you further.
