Transfer PIN
Im trying to get a transfer PIN to transfer my number FROM Xfinity Mobile. However, the AI software is instructing me to login to VerizonApp and Verizon’s website. I tried both, and neither have an account with my information.

Thank you for reaching out to our team about that PIN question. The only options to receive a PIN is either through the Xfinity app or website. To do this, you must authenticate your account by signing in with your Xfinity Mobile and password. If you have two-factor authentication turned on, you provide a one-time passcode (OTP). Once successfully logged in, they must ask for an OTP to finalize the security PIN. You will get the security PIN by sending it in a text message to any active line on your Xfinity account. The security PIN remains valid for seven days and can be used to port any phone number on the Xfinity account. The other option is to visit an Xfinity service center, and they can provide that PIN.
