Transfer pin

To get a NOW Mobile number transfer PIN (port-out PIN) for switching carriers, ensure Number Lock is off, then dial #PORT (or #7678) from your device. You will also need your 14-digit Account Number, located on your Xfinity bill or online account.

How to Get Your Transfer PIN

• Via Phone: Dial #PORT (#7678) on your mobile device.
• Via Xfinity App/Online:
  1. 1. Sign in to your Xfinity Mobile account or app.
     2. Select the device/number you want to transfer.
     3. Navigate to "Transfer your number, cancel this line".
• Follow prompts to receive a 6-digit PIN via text (valid for 24 hours to 7 days).
