@user_gnq67d For your mobile account you can request and obtain the mobile transfer pin via our Xfinity app. I have a link with the steps here for you https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/cancel-xfinity-mobile-service. Please let us know if this works for you.

Thank you for reaching out here about your Transfer Pin request. You can ask for a security PIN through the Xfinity app or website. To do this, you must authenticate your account by signing in with your Xfinity Mobile and password. If you have two-factor authentication turned on, they provide a one-time passcode (OTP). Once successfully logged in, you must ask for an OTP to finalize the security PIN. You will get your security PIN by sending it in a text message to any active line on their Xfinity account. The security PIN remains valid for seven days and can be used to port any phone number on the Xfinity account. If you don't use the security PIN within the seven days, you will need to ask for another one. If you can’t send the security PIN through the Xfinity app or website, including being hot lined or suspended, you must go to a Xfinity Retail Store to get that Pin.

I am an Official Xfinity Employee.
