The concern is not "Community Center" help related............ Topic moved here to the proper help section, and for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.

Hello, @user_g87rc5! Finding a transfer PIN (or "Port-out PIN") after a representative has entered it into your device can be a bit like a digital scavenger hunt, especially if you didn't see exactly which app they used. Let's look for it in a few places if we can!
First, can we have you use the "Search" feature within your Contacts app? You'll want to look for "Xfinity," "Verizon," "Transfer," and/or "PIN." Reps will often save it as a contact, so it's easy for you to find later.
If you still can't find it, you may want to check your text messages. Sometimes they'll send the PIN to your own number or type it into a draft of a new message.
If you have a default Notes app (Samsung Notes, Apple Notes, Google Keep, etc.), you mau want to check for the number there, in a recently created or edited note.
If the rep copied it from their system, it might still be sitting in the phone's "Clipboard history." To check, open any app with a keyboard, tap the text field, and look for a clipboard icon or long-press and select "Paste" to see what comes up.
If the rep generated the PIN through the official app on the phone, you can likely find it again yourself by following these steps:
1. Open the Xfinity app
2. Go to the "Services" or "Mobile" tab.
3. Select the specific line/device being transferred.
4. Look for a section titled "Transfer your number" or "Cancel this line."
5. There is usually a "Learn More" or "Generate PIN" button there. If one was recently created, it may display the active PIN.
It's important to know that Xfinity Mobile transfer PINs are typically only valid for 24 hours. If the rep helped you yesterday or earlier, the PIN has likely already expired. If it has, you don't need to find where they typed it. You can simply generate a new one by logging into your account online or using the app as described above.
Please let us know if this helps!
