Transfer a phone number to a working device [Edited]

I was left on hold for more than 30minutes after asking to speak to a supervisor. Angel said no you don’t need a supervisor. Horrible customer service!!.. all I am trying to do is switch my phone to a working device!!! Nobody can seem to help me. I get transferred time after time with no one to help. I tried to do it online and an error message occurred. I still need assistance and this is the worst experience I have ever had to transfer a phone number to a working device
