Trading in phone and tracking it on way to Xfinity

I'm trading in a phone and it seems to be stuck in the post office since Friday.  Can't attach a screenshot unfortunately.

user_jfenv8, Thank you for contacting Xfinity Support. You should be able to contact the post office to see what they can do. Now that it is a weekday, you can get a hold of someone there. Let us know if you still need assistance.
