Trade-in
I was trying to trade in my Galaxy S25 Ultra for either the Z Flip 7 or Z Fold 7, but keep getting an error saying my phone is ineligible. I both chatted online and called the support team, but neither of them were able to fix the issue. The person I spoke to on the phone said that it keeps giving an error because my phone storage shows up as 256G in your system when it is in fact 512G. He tried to fix it, but was unable to do so. Can anyone help fix this error?
