Trade-In Phone Lost
In January, due to a promotion, I did a trade-in and I bought a new S24 Ultra. I sent the phone in a timely manner and waited a while, but the tracking never updated once to prove I even dropped the phone off. I've put in a missing mail search request with USPS a couple of months ago, but nothing so far, and now my trade-in has been canceled. Am I completely out of luck?

I can truly understand your concerns with your trade in, and I know how important it is to make sure the device is received to get the trade in offer. Have you reached back out to USPS recently regarding the tracking? Have you tried reaching out to the specific location you returned your phone to?
