Trade In

I've been super busy and i'm sending my trade in device out today, my phone is supposed to be received by the 23rd and it won't be there in time.. it is possible to get an extension until friday for the phone to come in

Xfinity trade-in phones must be shipped within 21 days after your new device ships.

  • Alternative: You can also drop off your trade-in device at any local Xfinity Retail Store instead of mailing it.
