trade in

Hi, I recently ordered a mobile line and bought a new iphone with an iphone 14 pro phone as a trade-in. However the trade in credit has not been applied to my account and there is no update of the trade-in phone receipt. When I checked the usps site with the tracking number, i could not find any update after certain point. Now I am worried about the trade in credit for no fault of mine. I want someone to look into this urgently.
