trade in
i though of a better the deal from xfinity mobile February of 2025, i had my 2 lines mobiles from ATT switched to Xfinity, and i also have two devices for trade in. however, the customer service Rep at Xfinity store made a mistake, he only created one ticket trade in for one phone. i found out the mistake, i came back to the store, he kept said he created two tickets, but some how the system had a glitch.
i didn't try to argue, i try to fix the problem because i need to promotion credit from Xfinity to pay off the left over amount on my device from ATT. i talked to the manager, supervisor, and most them, however, they told me they will create new ticket multiple time, i still can't trade in my phone after three months later.
please help if you read this message.
