Trade in to Iphone 16 pro max

I have finished paying 24 payments for iPhone 13 with Xfinity Mobile a few months ago.  Then I ported out the XM number to other carrier with no binding contract 2 months ago while I still remain XM mobile plan and data plan (legacy data sharing plan) for my family members.

Now I find that XM is offering an Iphone trade in promotion.  I want to trade in my current great condition iPhone 13 for an Iphone 16 Pro Max.  Am I qualify for a trade in credit of $600? If I port in my mobile number from other carrier to XM, will this port in process be considered as adding a new line?

Thank you.

@mghyw You are correct that porting your number back to an existing active Xfinity Mobile account would be adding a new line. These promos are for new customers. And even then, you need to check the fine print. Because sometimes promos do not apply if you've had prior service.

mghyw Yes, porting in your number from another carrier is considered adding a new line to get the promotion should you meet all the conditions. Keep in mind most promotions require you to add the line with a new line with it's own unlimited data.
