Trade In Run-Around
I am seeing a LOT of questions about this trade in scam and I can tell you I AM DONE! My phone was delivered per the tracking information on Dec. 7th. It is now the 12th and there is ZERO update on the website that my phone is even in the system. I am still getting emails about sending it back...when they have it! It was delivered. I chatted with on person online and they told me within 24 hours it would show up, that was 3 days ago. Today I had a person tell me that "they had my phone" and then say in another message to "give it one or two more days before it arrives" . Do they have it or not? I asked to talk with a supervisor who told me that it was a "glitch" on the on-line messaging and that she would "Fix it". It still is not fixed, the website still says it hasn't been sent in, but the lady "assured" me that they have it. I asked for conformation and she just told me to believe her. After being lied to, I don't believe a word that is coming out of ANY of these employees. I asked for a transcript of my chat where I was lied to, promised I would get it, nothing. I asked if the conversations were recorded, she told me they were. I asked for a copy of the conversation where she told me that they had the phone and the rebate I would get every month. I have seen NOTHING! This is the WORST customer service I have EVER experienced. Has anyone had ANY luck getting a hold of an actual person that can give you confirmation that they have received their phone? I'm sick of playing the automated system game, sick of being lied to that "tickets" are being made to solve the problem, and sick of being lied to that "I promise" we have it.
