Trade in return label is not available for my XFINITY Mobile

On Nov 29th I got 2 lines from xfinity mobile

1) trading in IPHONE 11 and getting an IPHONE 15 which i see the return label and shipped my Iphone 11 for Trade in.

2) other device is getting a IPHONE 16 pro trading in IPHONE 14 pro for which am not seeing the print return label for that particular device in the Portal... I have been asking several agents about this they keep saying they have raised a ticket and will get back in 48 hours but no one responded nor the print label is still visible in the portal or not sent in the email..

final date for trading in is nearing. can anyone help on this issue ?
