Trade in program seems like a scam

I sent my iPhone 13 into Xfinity for my trade in ohh roughly SEVEN MONTHS AGO.  I have spoken to customer service so many times I have lost count.  No help.  No estimate of when I’ll receive any credit.  My phone was in immaculate condition.  I wished I would not have upgraded.  Worst customer service I have experienced.  No resolution.
