Trade in help

I too have now been a victim of the blank shipping label, and now Xfinity is not wanting to honor the $1100 promotional trade in credit when trading in my iPhone 14 ProMax for the preorder of the iphone 17 pro. I've had to call 16 times with this trade in. I've rewrote this 3 times because when placing a tag this page errors out, so it is not going to have as many dates or details. I took my phone into the store on 9/29 because no one at Xfinity was sending me a valid shipping label like they said after 3 phone calls. They added my phone to their inventory and shipped it. Since then it has been nothing but a headache where people have promised I'd get the promotional credit of $1100 and broke down the monthly payment. Now they are saying that the $317 was the promotional credit. I have screenshots of the promotional credit and the normal trade in credit. I have screenshots of me selecting the promotional credit. When I was in the store they stated that they saw Xfinity didn't apply the entire promotional credit and that customer service would have to open a ticket when my trade in was complete. They explained since I did it online the store couldn't help. Fast forward to 16 calls later the latest is that they are now saying they are not honoring it and that I need to take my screenshots to the store... Who has said previously they couldn't do anything. Please someone help.

After posting here I was asked to DM support here on the forum. They assigned someone from corporate and they did resolve my issue and eventually credit my account. I learned from my mistake and went in store when I upgraded my son’s phone and the appropriate promotional credit was applied without any issues.
