Trade in Galaxy s25 ultra scam

I recently purchased a Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra from Xfinity and participated in their trade-in promotion. I was eligible for a $1,000 credit, but I only received $400. Despite following all the requirements, the promised amount was not fully applied.

I contacted customer service, but the issue has not been resolved yet. This experience has been frustrating, and I expected better transparency and support.

I hope Xfinity will address this issue promptly and honor the original offer. After this, you immediately want to leave the list of clients of this company

user_d0xgy4 Good morning! Thank you for reaching out to our Xfinity Community Forums Team regarding your experience with your trade-in. I can see how this would be disappointing. I'd be happy to look into this further, and get you in the right direction for a resolution. To begin, can you please send a Direct Message with your name, the service address, and the mobile number associated with your account?

Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Message" icon or  https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging
Click the "New message" (pen and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.
As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
A "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it
