Trade in Galaxy s25 ultra scam
I recently purchased a Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra from Xfinity and participated in their trade-in promotion. I was eligible for a $1,000 credit, but I only received $400. Despite following all the requirements, the promised amount was not fully applied.
I contacted customer service, but the issue has not been resolved yet. This experience has been frustrating, and I expected better transparency and support.
I hope Xfinity will address this issue promptly and honor the original offer. After this, you immediately want to leave the list of clients of this company

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.
As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
A "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.

Feel your pain, when I went back to Xfinity internet and new customer for mobile I was told I would receive a $200 amazon gift card, many many phone calls and probably hours, and two people (chat) saying I would get it in X number of days and of course that time passed, after another phone suggested I go to the store and of course they had every excuse why I don't qualify, arguments ensued to the point I was thrown out of the store. I am now stuck with a subpar service, for two years or thrown $1000+ in the garbage and pay off the phone (promotion charged X$'s and credit for X4's monthly) and go back to T-Mobile which is likely to happen. Never again, next time I leave them it will be permanent I'd even go without phone and internet if they were they ONLY choice. Can't wait to be done with them.
