Trade in devices

I have upgraded my iPhones with 2 trade-ins. and I input all the conditions when doing the trade in online. They both got accepted. Now one is credited, but the other one gets returned to me without any explanation. The phone condition is similar to the one and I gave the true answer to all the questions asked at time of trade in
