Trade in credits not applied

Signed up for Xfinity promo offering $1,100 in bill credits over 24 month period for trading in an iPhone 15 Pro Max for a new Iphone 17 Pro Max. I sent in my iPhone 15 pro max and it was delivered to Xfinity on oct 5.

It’s been almost 4 months now and no bill credits. I had been paying full price for the new phone, plus an xfinity line which was supposed to be free for 1 year and on top of that, they bill kept rising every month. I have called and spoken to customer service representatives over 20 times since dec 10th. It’s now january 12th. Each time I am lied to about the status of my credits or that it’s been resolved and I will receive them on my next bill, which I never do.

They would tell me they have manually applied credits on my account and should receive them in 3 days which never happened.

Has anyone else dealt with this scam? They take your trade in device and then don’t give you credits. They are basically stealing your trade in device and the lying to you about your credits they promise to issue.

I am at the point where I am going to file complaint with FCC and consider legal action.

this has to be the worst company for customer service.  I will never recommend them to anyone.
