trade in credit

I sent a trade in and of course USPS hasn't delivered it after having it for 15 days. My date has already passed so will Xfinity still give me credit, or will they send my phone back once they receive it?

 • Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
 • Type "Xfinity Support" in the To line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
