Trade in credit not received (9 months still waiting)
I have been calling Xfinity since November 2024 regarding my trade-in for two iPhone 14 Pro devices. I am supposed to receive $1,000 for each device. I have emails from Assurant confirming that they approved the trade-in, and it was supposed to reflect on my billing. However, despite many tickets being opened, they have all been resolved without any explanation.
Every time I call Xfinity support, I have to repeat my entire story over and over again. I am sick and tired of this situation. I feel like I have been ripped off by Xfinity. Lesson learned.
