Trade in credit not applied.
We traded an iPhone 15 plus in on October 22 of last year and still haven’t received the credit the credit was for the line *************. We turned it into the store at broadmoor in Colorado Springs. The representative Caleb took the phone and said he would apply the credit. The manager Alex knows that the phone was received and won’t give the credit. I don’t know what to do as the credit never showed up on the account and I had talked to the chat 35+ times and called 40+ times. It’s been over 3 months. We need the credit for the phone that the store lost.

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there
As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list
An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window and press Enter to send it.
