Trade in credit never applied

My trade in credits never got applied. In October I have trade in two iPhones. And in December I received an email says one of my phone’s trade in credit got cancelled. So I called in to ask the agent to get me the credits. And recently I checked my billing statements that the trade in credit for both of my phones never have applied. Can you please refund me the overpay I have paid.
