Trade in credit I was approved for wasn't applied

Hi, I traded in my Galaxy S22 Ultra and was offered and approved for a $800 trade in credit towards my Galaxy S24 Ultra upgrade. It's bad enough that FedEx "lost" the new phone and treated like I'm stupid and a criminal when the tracking said "shipping exception" and then got a notification that the phone was activated by someone else but I was told to "wait 24 hours" and the one I about sent everything back "call FedEx they can help further" for A MONTH. I still get phone calls from random numbers asking for some dude if he has pills. I was told, and still have the message and call logs stating that I will still get the original trade in offer once I send in the trade in. I have the email saying it was approved. I upgraded my wife's line and everything went through and that credit is applied. I have the emails saying that my phone was accepted and the credit will be applied but it's not. I'm getting real tired of having to waste my time trying to get ahold of a human to explain this to and get treated like I'm a liar or a thief. I need this fixed sooner rather than later or I'm going to pack up both phones and demand both of my old phones be returned so I can activate them with another provider that doesn't treat their customers like garbage or scum. The BBB and FTC will be getting notified if I continue getting out in a loop. Fix it. Thank you.
