TIER 2 SUPPORT NEEDED!!! Pixel Watch 5 issues

Hello, I am having issues upgrading my pixel watch 3 which is already on my account. I have a pixel watch 5 which i am trying to upgrade to. It will not pass the IMEI verification to be able to add it so i can download the esim to the watch. The pixel watch 5 was purchased through google store because they offered a trade in value, while Xfinity wouldn't. I was assured that this would be able to be added to the "whitelist" for the IMEI and will work once this happens. I have tried everything suggested from XM reps and XM AI. Any help would be appreciated.
