They took my phone and did not credit me. It’s been six months!

In March, I traded in my iPhone 12 mini. It was through straight talk so no contract Xfinity took it was supposed to credit me. It’s been six months. I haven’t seen not one dollar no credit I can’t get any answers. I go up there that I can’t tell me nothing can’t get anybody on the phone. I called the assurance place they keep putting me off. I want my phone back!!! Can somebody please help me
