The Affordable Connectivity Program was to blame, not Xfinity

About two years ago, I complained extensively that my free phone was not free. it turned out that ACP was culpable for my enforced purchase of a very expensive free phonE. WITH  ACP I FILLED OUT THEIR   APPLICATION, BUT MY SIGNATURE WAS NOT ACCEPTED. SO I FILLED OUT AND SUBMITTED ANOTHER APPLICATION, WITH THAT, I WAS ACCEPTED INTO THE ACP PROGRAM. YET THE FIRST APPLICATION JUST STAYED IN LIMBO. SO I WAS ACCEPTED AND NOT ACCEPTED ALL AT ONCE. AS MY WEEKS IN ACP LIMBO CONTINUED, I MISSED MY XFINITY TIME LIMITS SO I COULD NOT PORT MY NEW XFINITY FREE PHONE. COMPOUNDING THE PROBLEM WAS THE FACT THAT UNTIL WEEKS LATER I HAD NO IDEA HOW THE. PROBLEM BEGAN. I REMEMBER HOW THE PINAY WOMAN GRACIOUSLY DEMONSTRATED HOW SHE HAD AUTHORIZED MY FREE IPHONE SE IN THE FIRST PLACE.
