Texts Don't Go Through Send or Receive

I'm consistently having issues with texts, coming or going, that either don't go through or are extremely delayed (2 days in one instance).  I see this is a regular problem.  I too switched from another carrier and never had this issue.  Was that a mistake?  Can you fix?

@user_6x86ah  What is the make/model of your phone? Try restarting your phone, verify that you have network coverage (bars), or resetting your network settings. Also confirm that your phone number is set as the default in the messages app to send/receive.

an S24plus.  The weird thing, is it's random.  It doesn't happen all the time.  What I do notice is if I try to resend a message, it sometimes will convert an RCS to either an SMS or MMS, depending.

Hey there @user_6x86ah. I wanted to check in to see if you're still experiencing these issues with sending and receiving text messages? If the issues is still occurring, I want to help in any way we can!
Were you able to attempt any of the steps @DreamSayerZ suggested such as resetting your network settings? This can often fix a lot of similar issues with text messages or calls.
