Terrible and disgraceful

Terrible customer service. Sold me on a phone and told me I would get a $500 credit. Disabled my phone on site so I couldn’t get a print out from Verizon since they deactivated it. Wasted over $600 trading in my new phone to get the model above it. I went in trying to switch my plan to my name as my husband passed away and they saw me as vulnerable and took advantage. I spent countless hours on the phone with them, went to the store multiple times with 3kids and waited they have done nothing to help with the $500 they owe me. Disgusting character and lack for human regard.

I was told I would have my money by March. They say whatever you want to hear so you can leave them alone and take zero accountability for their own error. Very poor customer service and lack of care. I have been in the service industry for  over 20 years and have never seen anything like this.
