Switching eSIM number.

I have talked to 10 Xfinity customers service about switching phone numbers between both of my phone. I was told that I’m going to lose all the trade in with worth $1100 + $400 promotions if I decide to switch number between my wife phone and my phone. I have been with Xfinity for 20 years and they still trying to get every penny out of me. Very disappointed.

It would appear part of the mobile promotion’s eligibility requirements may have been linked to trading in a device, starting a new mobile line, and/or porting a phone number from a different company. Could you please send our team a direct message with your full name and full address? We can certainly take a further look at the mobile account to see the promotion’s eligibility requirements. To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:

 

Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there
 - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list
 - An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it.
