Switching carriers
Id like to switch phone carriers to xfinity currently using tmobile. I would like to switch from my current 17 pro max to 18 pro max but my phone is currently being financed and i haven’t paid 50 percent yet. Does xfinity offer to pay off old phone and if so up to how much?

At this time, I'm not seeing any currently advertised Xfinity Mobile promotions that specifically pay off an existing phone balance when switching carriers. That said, we often have trade-in offers and device promotions available. You can view our current offers here: Xfinity Mobile Deals.

How to Send Us a Direct Message:

3. Click the "Start new conversation" (pencil and paper) icon.
4. In the "To:" line, type "Xfinity Support".
5. As you type, a drop-down list will appear. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
6. An "Xfinity Support" graphic will replace the "To:" line.
7. Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window.
8. Press Enter to send it.
