Swich eSIM from old Android phone to new Android phone
I have a Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra with Xfinity mobile with an eSIM. I bought a Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra and wish to transfer the eSIM from my old phone to my new phone. Please provide detailed instructions on how to switch the eSim from my old Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra to my new Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra. Unless the website has specific instructions for this process, do not provide me a link to an Xfinity website. After an extensive search on the Xfinity website, I could find no instructions for this process.

To send a Direct Message:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Direct Messaging chat" icon
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list that appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send it
