Support Blacklisted a new iphone 17 because he was suspicious when we change device 3 times after original iphkbe 14 pro got broken. It was my wife who was doing it for me and she doesnt speak good english. She is tge account holder its under her name but i think they tought we were doing shady stuff. Support even tricked her by telling her that they were offering a free apple watch just to see if she canmprovide the correct ssn id. Support became suspicious but tge real truth is original iphone 14 pro that is conmected to number on our accoubt got broken, so we tried to connect a iphone se that we had, but then it support who help

us was telling us that it will take 24 hours, we said yes, but then nothing happened, so we decided to just use another device a goofgle pixel 7a instead and went to a xfinity store to

do it in person since pixel doesnt have esim, we went there it was almost closing time, they had us wait only to tell us its not allowing them

tp activate the sim card. So now we decided to buy a new iphone 17 and contacted support to add it and we were just pass around and made to believe tp wait 24 hours for it to be activated twice. So thats two days. And nothing happened. Now all of a sudden after talking to another support for this the guy that did the free apple watch trick to do a security verification via ssn of account holder was so in his ego that he couldbt be wrong with his suspicions decided to blacklist the iphone 17 aven tho we was able to provide the ssn number. Why are xfinity support so mess up like this and unprofessional. The only support issue that they can help you only when upselling and of you going to buy something. But issues like this they just lie to you. Pls somebody fix this issue because its really becoming stressful now. This iphone 17 is going to be use for a long time with one of the mobile phone linnes we had on our account. 🙏🏽 still love xfinity just need this to be fixed pls

user_tsjmhq Thanks for reaching out to us here on Forums for help with the phone concern being blacklisted. I can understand your frustration, and I'll be happy to help in any way I can. Can you tell me where you purchased the device that is currently blacklisted? Have you had a chance since you posted to go into a store to see if they can get it corrected to be used with our service?

I purchased it at verizon and we have the receipt. They said they didnt blocked the IMEI, and we also went to a phone repair shop then told me when he run the IMEI it says the phone reported lost/stolen. So it means you guys whose the on who reported it as stolen/lost.. because when we purchased the phone last November i already transfer my xfinty line on the iphone that i purchased in verizon.

user_tsjmhq I'll need to escalate this given the phone is in our system from what you have told me, and I'll need to access the account in order to get this escalated for you.
